This is no small feat for me because I could be over run with fabric at my house (which I am) but I will still, STILL go out and buy more fabric when I get ready to make something new. The dress (above) was the inspiration for mine. This dress was a pattern hack using McCall's M6118, I basically just made the dress into 2 layers and added 8 inches in length to the sheer fabric portion. THAT'S IT.
